What You'll Do7
- 1Perform repairs and installations of drywall and ceilings following HVAC and weatherization upgrades
- 2Install drop-down attic staircases for insulation and home energy audits
- 3Handle occasional subfloor and floor repairs as needed during or after HVAC system installations
- 4Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
- 5Collaborate with other technicians and project managers to ensure smooth workflows and project timelines
- 6Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- 7Ensure all work meets local building codes and Endless Energy quality standards
Requirements8
- 12 years of experience in residential carpentry or general contracting
- 2Drywall patching taping finishing proficiency
- 3Attic stairs trim installation experience or ability to work in finished residential spaces
- 4Comfortable using ladders power tools and working in attics or crawl spaces
- 5Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- 6Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 7Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions
- 8OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
