Overview

We seek a Facilities Water Treatment Specialist to lead preventive maintenance for water treatment systems. You will monitor and adjust equipment such as chillers RO humidifiers boilers and deionized water systems while ensuring water quality compliance. This role involves testing parameters adjusting dosages and conducting preventive maintenance. It requires strong analytical skills and adherence to safety protocols.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Monitor and maintain chiller treatment RO humidification systems water softeners and boiler treatment DI systems for optimal performance
  • 2Test and record water quality parameters including hardness pH conductivity and chemical concentrations
  • 3Adjust chemical dosages and system settings to maintain specified water quality levels
  • 4Conduct regular inspections preventive maintenance and repairs on water treatment equipment
  • 5Troubleshoot system problems and perform corrective actions
  • 6Maintain accurate logs records and documentation for compliance and reporting
  • 7Manage inventory of treatment chemicals and supplies
  • 8Adhere to safety environmental and regulatory guidelines
  • 9Communicate effectively with facility management regarding system status and maintenance needs

Requirements10

  • 1Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • 2Minimum 3-5 years of experience maintaining water treatment systems in commercial industrial or mission critical environments
  • 3High school diploma or associate’s degree preferred
  • 4Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • 5Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols
  • 6Excellent written and verbal communication
  • 7Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • 8Experience with chillers RO softeners boilers and DI systems
  • 9Work in varying environmental conditions
  • 10ES-DAS certification preferred
