What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare submit and track manufacturer warranty claims
- 2Review repair orders for accuracy and required documentation
- 3Ensure warranty claims meet manufacturer guidelines
- 4Follow up on rejected returned or unpaid warranty claims
- 5Invoice repair orders accurately and efficiently
- 6Assist with cashiering and other service office duties
- 7Maintain organized warranty records
- 8Communicate with Service Advisors Technicians and management to resolve warranty questions
- 9Support customers in person and over the phone
- 10Provide administrative support to the Service Department
