Overview
Symbotic seeks a Product Warranty Administrator to lead end-to-end warranty claim administration. This role ensures timely resolution and accurate cost recovery while supporting cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will own claim processes from intake to closure and maintain compliance with warranty policies.
What You'll Do10
- 1Serve as primary point of contact for warranty inquiries providing clear claim information
- 2Process warranty requests efficiently while adhering to approved procedures
- 3Administer claims through validation and coordinate repairs or replacements
- 4Coordinate material returns and logistics with partners to resolve claims
- 5Maintain accurate warranty records within enterprise systems
- 6Track performance metrics such as claim aging and cycle time
- 7Support supplier recovery efforts with proper documentation
- 8Participate in training to stay current on warranty processes and system updates
- 9Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve claims
- 10Own the credit card expense reimbursement process independently
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration supply chain management or related field
- 2Minimum 3–5 years experience in warranty administration service operations or related administrative role
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems like SAP or CRM
- 4Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10 percent of time
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving abilities
- 6Experience with warranty claims supplier coordination or post-system delivery support
- 7Positive attitude accountability and commitment to policy-driven execution
