Overview

We seek a skilled Wire Assembler for our expanding manufacturing team. This role involves multiple shifts with potential overtime. Day shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM while swing shift operates Monday through Thursday evenings and Friday afternoons.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Measure and cut wire according to precise specifications
  • 2Attach wires to boards using appropriate hand tools
  • 3Perform soldering on various control system designs
  • 4Complete assembly tasks based on detailed job prints
  • 5Meet daily production targets set by Team Lead and Production Master Schedule
  • 6Maintain clean organized work area following 5S and shop floor protocols
  • 7Learn and uphold company Safety and Quality Policies
  • 8Monitor daily awareness of Electrostatic Discharge Safety and quality standards

Requirements11

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 26 months to 1 year manufacturing experience
  • 3Ability to read electronic/electrical wiring schematics
  • 4Strong mathematical skills for calculations
  • 5Proficiency with tape measures and multimeters
  • 6Excellent communication abilities across organizational levels
  • 7Detail-oriented mindset with willingness to cross train
  • 8Physical capability to lift push pull carry up to 25 pounds
  • 9Flexibility to sit stand bend and reach regularly
  • 10Experience using hand and power tools
  • 11Commitment to safety protocols including required PPE
