Warehouse Wire Assembler
Overview
We seek a skilled Wire Assembler for our expanding manufacturing team. This role involves multiple shifts with potential overtime. Day shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM while swing shift operates Monday through Thursday evenings and Friday afternoons.
What You'll Do8
- 1Measure and cut wire according to precise specifications
- 2Attach wires to boards using appropriate hand tools
- 3Perform soldering on various control system designs
- 4Complete assembly tasks based on detailed job prints
- 5Meet daily production targets set by Team Lead and Production Master Schedule
- 6Maintain clean organized work area following 5S and shop floor protocols
- 7Learn and uphold company Safety and Quality Policies
- 8Monitor daily awareness of Electrostatic Discharge Safety and quality standards
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 26 months to 1 year manufacturing experience
- 3Ability to read electronic/electrical wiring schematics
- 4Strong mathematical skills for calculations
- 5Proficiency with tape measures and multimeters
- 6Excellent communication abilities across organizational levels
- 7Detail-oriented mindset with willingness to cross train
- 8Physical capability to lift push pull carry up to 25 pounds
- 9Flexibility to sit stand bend and reach regularly
- 10Experience using hand and power tools
- 11Commitment to safety protocols including required PPE
