Overview
Lead swing warehouse staff in San Francisco on a 12 hour shift. Responsible for productivity and safety while ensuring goals are met accurately and timely. Assist supervisor in maintaining quality standards for organic produce. Seeking candidate with at least six months experience in organic produce distribution.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assess and prioritize daily warehouse work
- 2Organize and monitor paper flow throughout shifts
- 3Direct staff to complete tasks accurately and on time
- 4Coordinate with IC Trucking and supervisors for staff allocation
- 5Substitute for supervisors during operational needs
- 6Ensure proper handling labeling of produce
- 7Monitor equipment and supplies needed for warehouse tasks
- 8Participate in additional projects as directed
- 9Maintain organization and lead team members effectively
- 10Demonstrate proficiency with material handling equipment
- 11Communicate effectively with cross departmental staff
Requirements10
- 1Certified in material handling equipment
- 2Familiar with organic produce storage requirements
- 3Six months experience in organic produce distribution warehouse
- 4Ability to meet timeliness and attendance records
- 5Proven organizational skills in multi tasking environment
- 6Strong communication abilities
- 7Commitment to physical warehouse operations
- 8Excellent record of timeliness and attendance
- 9Experience with inventory management systems
- 10Knowledge of food safety protocols
