What You'll Do11
- 1Manage daily department activities including planning flow and resource prioritization
- 2Establish and track key performance indicators for the distribution center
- 3Coordinate with department managers to set daily and weekly goals
- 4Create alignment on process improvements related to safety quality and delivery
- 5Build partnerships with peers leadership HR asset protection and transportation teams
- 6Ensure OSHA compliance and provide training development and motivation
- 7Coach team members to enhance performance through mentoring
- 8Recommend continuous improvement using appropriate tools
- 9Maintain a clean warehouse floor
- 10Develop and execute business strategies aligned with board and shareholder goals
- 11Prepare comprehensive business plans to facilitate operations
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 23+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or distribution center roles
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management System
- 4Working knowledge of AX system is a plus
- 5No certifications needed
