What You'll Do8
- 1Unload freight from delivery trucks and move products to the sales floor using pallet jacks and forklifts
- 2Stock shelves and organize top stock by down-stocking merchandise and setting up pallets per planograms
- 3Verify incoming deliveries against invoices, complete dock prep, and rotate stock by date to ensure freshness
- 4Assist customers on the floor by locating products, answering questions, and offering project support
- 5Operate store equipment including Zebra phones, scanners, and balers to track inventory and process waste
- 6Follow hazardous material protocols and maintain a clean, safe workspace to meet OSHA standards
- 7For Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders using the Orders App, ensuring accuracy and safe loading
- 8Communicate with customers on delivery expectations and resolve order issues to boost satisfaction
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 26 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
- 33 months experience operating forklift or power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
- 4Ability to lift up to 75 pounds individually and use team lifts for heavier items
- 5Comfort working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- 6Basic math skills for inventory counts and delivery verification
- 7English proficiency for customer interaction and safety communication
