What You'll Do9
- 1Unload freight from delivery trucks and move products to the sales floor using pallet jacks and forklifts
- 2Stock shelves, down-stock merchandise, and set up pallets to keep the sales floor ready for customers
- 3Verify incoming deliveries and complete dock prep to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- 4Operate store equipment including Zebra phones, scanners, and balers to manage inventory and waste
- 5Assist customers with product location and loading, delivering SMART customer service
- 6Follow safety procedures for hazardous materials and equipment use to maintain a clean, safe environment
- 7Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders, ensuring quality and accuracy
- 8Load delivery orders safely and rotate orders by delivery date to resolve customer issues
- 9Communicate proactively with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction and execute Delivery Readiness best practices
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift or power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
- 36 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
- 4Ability to lift up to 75 pounds following safety guidelines
- 5Comfortable working on your feet for most of the shift in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
- 6Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight as needed
