Warehouse Operator, Shipping & Receiving (FDA/GMP)
Overview
You will own shipping and receiving operations at a Johnson & Johnson facility in Bridgewater, MA, handling finished goods, raw materials, and semi-finished products across Mitek, Codman, Spine, and Orthopedic lines. You will work a fixed shift (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM), earning $21/hour, backed by Kelly's staffing support. Your team relies on you to keep inventory accurate, shipments on time, and documentation compliant with FDA and GMP standards. This role puts you at the center of a high-volume warehouse, where precision and ownership directly impact patient care.
What You'll Do8
- 1Count, box, and prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy against packing lists and WMS records.
- 2Load and unload trucks, shelves, pallets, racks, and carts, moving products safely and efficiently.
- 3Receive finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials for Mitek, Codman, Spine, and Orthopedic product lines.
- 4Process shipments using Warehouse Management Systems, updating inventory levels in real time.
- 5Maintain organization of materials in designated areas, following SOPs for storage and labeling.
- 6Ensure all documentation, labeling, and storage comply with FDA and GMP requirements.
- 7Follow departmental layout and process flow to optimize picking and put-away paths.
- 8Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve shipment discrepancies and prevent delays.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Basic computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, and WMS.
- 3Experience in FDA/GMP-regulated environments (required).
- 4Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels.
- 5Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of daily tasks.
- 6Working knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- 7Preferred: strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- 8Preferred: experience with warehouse systems and logistics tools.
