Warehouse Operations Associate, ShipHero & On-site LA
Overview
Own the flow of thousands of orders daily at our Los Angeles warehouse, bridging floor operations with systems. You will monitor and optimize order readiness from arrival to ship, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate floor activity. This role sits between picking and packing and the office, using ShipHero to drive accuracy and speed. You’ll join a hands-on team that solves bottlenecks and keeps our e-commerce orders flowing.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain the daily health of online orders from arrival to shipment using ShipHero and related systems
- 2Drive putaway and replenishment to keep pick locations stocked before selections run dry
- 3Coordinate floor resources with leads and escalate inventory or workflow issues to the Warehouse Manager
- 4Monitor aging orders and ensure high-priority orders ship first, with correct statuses and allocations
- 5Troubleshoot automation rules and reprocess orders to fix root causes instead of symptoms
- 6Pull and analyze ShipHero reports to identify aging, blocks, and shipped items
- 7Handle basic floor IT tasks to keep devices, printers, scanners, and Wi-Fi running
- 8Support inventory movement and product placement to sellable locations during peak periods
- 9Maintain a safe, clean, and organized floor while keeping processes honest and auditable
- 10Grow into a trusted partner for coverage as the Warehouse Manager builds out processes
Requirements10
- 1Significant WMS experience with hands-on ShipHero experience strongly preferred
- 22–4 years in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL
- 3A systems thinker who analyzes interconnected failures and seeks solutions
- 4Calm under pressure with peak days and launches
- 5Natural fixer who asks how to help before being asked
- 6Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- 7Weekend availability required
- 8Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Faire order flow into a WMS (nice-to-have)
- 9Experience with barcode hardware, label printers, and basic networking (nice-to-have)
- 10Experience supporting high-volume launches or peak season (nice-to-have)
