Lead inventory management and material handling operations for a high-volume Mexican Tile and Stone Company. Oversee loading unloading of inventory trucks pulling orders maintaining inventory through cycle counts and reporting breakage repackaging materials ensuring warehouse cleanliness operating forklifts with company training providing minimal handyman assistance lifting at least 75lbs working in Arizona heat schedule M-F 8:00am-4:00pm Sat 10:00am-2:00pm full-time position.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain efficient inventory processes using cycle counts and reporting systems
- 2Design and execute forklift operations with provided training
- 3Repackage and relocate materials to meet client delivery requirements
- 4Drive operational improvements by organizing warehouse and yard spaces
- 5Maintain equipment and ensure safety compliance during daily tasks
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order fulfillment
- 7Support seasonal demand fluctuations by scaling workload appropriately
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in warehouse operations with forklift certification preferred
- 21 year experience preferred but not required
- 3Ability to lift at least 75lbs independently
- 4Reliable transportation available for commuting
- 5Must possess steel-toed shoes
- 6Workable in extreme Arizona heat conditions
- 7Flexible availability for 2-3 Saturdays monthly
- 8High school diploma or equivalent education
- 9English language proficiency required
- 10Valid driver's license
- 11Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
