What You'll Do14
- 1Manage warehouse opening and closing procedures and maintain cleanliness and security
- 2Coordinate volunteer activities including recruitment training and database management
- 3Plan and execute in-kind donation drives to meet annual targets
- 4Oversee inventory of supplies and ensure proper management of expenses
- 5Lead inventory and ordering processes for boxes and materials
- 6Plan and execute donation drives with regional teams to achieve goals
- 7Recruit train and manage volunteers for warehouse activities
- 8Handle booking requests for consignments and work with IKD team
- 9Ensure container quality for shipping adhering to auditor guidelines
- 10Maintain marketing materials donor database and volunteer database
- 11Follow auditor requirements and international standards for in-kind gifts
- 12Create a safe work environment and enforce clear standards and procedures
- 13Demonstrate excellent communication with staff and external partners
- 14Stay connected with community media for press releases and reports
Requirements12
- 1Present to work onsite in warehouse
- 2Adaptable availability including weekends holidays and late hours
- 3Associate’s degree or equivalent
- 4Efficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- 5Effective written and verbal English communication
- 61 year warehouse experience
- 7Degree or certification in logistics supply chain preferred
- 82+ years warehouse management experience
- 9Problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
- 10Collaborative teamwork across all organizational levels
- 11Ability to deliver feedback in English
- 12Proficiency in multiple languages Urdu Arabic most preferred
