What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain efficient outbound processes to meet daily shipping targets
- 2Drive inventory consolidation to maximize storage space
- 3Monitor employee hours and coordinate time off with HR
- 4Coordinate workload with Sales to align with seasonal demand
- 5Enforce company policies and maintain ISO compliance
- 6Direct warehousing operations and support departmental collaboration
- 7Train new staff and present performance metrics at staff meetings
- 8Manage product returns in partnership with Purchasing and Quality Control
- 9Ensure safety compliance and address incidents promptly
Requirements6
- 15+ years managing warehouse teams and operations
- 2Certified forklift operator with OSHA knowledge
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- 4Familiarity with WMS systems and VMI practices
- 5ISO compliance expertise for shipping and receiving
- 6Strong leadership and communication skills
