Own on-site warehouse operations for trade shows and events at Addison IL. You will receive, stage, ship and coordinate logistics for client assets and exhibit materials. You will read CAD drawings and pull lists to ensure accuracy, maintain assets in showroom‑ready condition, and keep inventory up to date. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain show‑ready asset inventory and staging areas
- 2Operate Forklift daily to move and organize materials and client assets
- 3Read and interpret CAD drawings and pull lists to ensure project accuracy
- 4Pull and stage components for trade show booths and hybrid builds
- 5Conduct regular inventory checks with inventory management systems and track materials
- 6Identify damaged or missing assets and coordinate refurbishment or repair needs
- 7Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and client-tour ready
- 8Work independently and with others to meet production schedules and deadlines
- 9Support day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, staging, shipping, and logistics coordination
- 10Maintain strong communication with team and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
Requirements10
- 16–12 months of warehouse, logistics, production, or operational experience
- 2Forklift experience and comfort in an active warehouse environment
- 3Strong attention to detail and ability to follow pull lists accurately
- 4Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong accountability
- 5Strong communication skills and team‑oriented attitude
- 6Basic computer proficiency including Excel and Outlook
- 7Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs
- 8Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Addison, IL
- 9Experience reading CAD drawings or pull lists is a plus
- 10Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative event environment
