What You'll Do7
- 1Tag, label, clean, and organize inventory by category and event, using inventory software to track accuracy.
- 2Anticipate inventory or quality issues that could impact future orders, and propose process improvements.
- 3Maintain and clean materials like velvet, brass, glass, and wood to luxury standards.
- 4Collaborate with warehouse and design teams to ensure inventory alignment and support showroom displays and photoshoots.
- 5Assist with truck loading/unloading and basic repairs, escalating major repairs to the Fabrication specialist.
- 6Identify damaged or missing items and suggest preventive measures to reduce loss.
- 7Support visual layouts and event setups with a hands-on, all-hands-on-deck approach, adapting to shifting priorities during peak seasons.
Requirements6
- 12+ years in warehouse inventory or event operations, with a solid understanding of warehouse workflows.
- 2Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to track multiple items and categories without direction.
- 3Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warm, non-air-conditioned warehouse.
- 4Experience with inventory software for tracking and reporting.
- 5Preferred: experience in luxury rentals or visual merchandising.
- 6Flexible schedule with availability for evening and weekend shifts during peak seasons.
