Inventory Specialist Stores Part Time
Overview
PT Inventory Specialists keep our store running smoothly by receiving ticketing and preparing inventory for the floor. They also assist with markdowns transfers and return authorizations among other tasks. This role supports a growing brand with 110+ stores and a fast-growing subscription box service Trendsend serving over two million customers annually.
What You'll Do13
- 1Act and lead through our core values of humility empathy authenticity relationships and tenacity HEART
- 2Work a minimum of 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks and responsibilities for the store team
- 3Process new shipment deliveries and maintain quality assurance by reviewing products for defects before placing them on the styling floor
- 4Maintain purchase order records in our point of sale system and manage invoices and price ticketing of new goods
- 5Partner with store leaders and store merchandisers about placement of product on the styling floor
- 6Manage daily replenishment of items sold and pulls for the styling floor
- 7Manage a fulfillment queue for web orders and orders placed by other stores
- 8Pull process and ship these orders out for customers timely
- 9Conduct weekly checks for items returned to vendors and execute transfers out of store
- 10Transfer product to other stores or to the company warehouse as directed
- 11Execute markdowns weekly and help the merchandiser maintain a well stocked and organized sale section
- 12Maintain general organization and cleanliness of the backroom following company directives
- 13Order stores supplies weekly and ensure the store has all supplies and packaging needed to operate
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading inventory operations in retail environments
- 320-30 pounds lifting ability independently and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly
- 45+ years experience with WMS software
- 51+ years familiarity with POS systems
