Warehouse & Operations Associate, Onsite Logistics & Inventory
Overview
Own daily logistics execution for moving projects at scale with a focus on inventory integrity and field support. You will coordinate loading, staging, and on-site management, ensuring furniture arrives ready for design team use. You will work with a small team in Seattle, on-site, following SOPs and maintaining white-glove standards. This role is distinct for hands-on problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, and brand representation.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and execute daily moving plans, verify truck loading, brief crew on goals
- 2Lead on-site coordination as point person to ensure safety, task focus, and professional energy
- 3Troubleshoot on-site bottlenecks like elevator fit issues and blocked parking to keep teams moving
- 4Organize and maintain warehouse standards, wrap items, and designate zones for efficient staging
- 5Own staging packs and ensure trucks depart with correct tools and supplies
- 6Maintain pre-flight truck readiness, fuel checks, and clean professional cabs
- 7Monitor vehicle health, report noises or maintenance needs to prevent breakdowns
- 8Collaborate with design team on-site to safely place furniture and hang art
- 9Perform final quality control on furniture for presentation
- 10Uphold SOPs and white-glove care to extend furniture lifespan
