Warehouse & Inventory Specialist, Dallas & Onsite Roles
Overview
The role owns inventory flow from receipt to shipment at our Dallas site, supporting field and service teams. You will perform daily cycle counts, manage stock levels, and process parts for jobs and WIP. You will work with materials, tools, and vendor pickups while maintaining professional communication with internal partners. This position offers hands-on logistics experience in a manufacturing environment and a path to broaden inventory and operations skills.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and move inventory from warehouse to WIP staging areas with accurate paperwork
- 2Inspect and return rental equipment after field use
- 3Restock inventory from completed jobs and maintain stock readiness
- 4Check in/out tools from tool cage and ensure tool readiness
- 5Maintain electronic and physical inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts
- 6Place stock orders as approved and enter parts into job costing from warehouse
- 7Move material to packing for shipment and coordinate deliveries to job sites
- 8Deliver and pickup parts and equipment from vendors to job sites as needed
- 9Represent the company professionally in all interactions
- 10Follow up on outstanding requests and inquiries to support service operations
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid Driver's License
- 3Two years’ experience in a similar industrial/technical position preferred
- 4Computer competency including Outlook, Word, Excel
- 5Great Plains background a plus
- 6Record-keeping experience with computerized systems
- 7Ability to work overtime, weekends, and emergency hours as needed
- 8Must have own reliable transportation and the ability to work independently
- 9Ability to lift and move 50lbs without assistance
- 10Normal office and warehouse environment with exposure to heat and cold
