Overview
We seek a motivated Warehouse Associate to support our Detroit warehouse operations. This role involves managing flooring material logistics and ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe environment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Operate Hi-Lo forklift safely and efficiently for loading and unloading materials
- 2Receive inspect and organize incoming flooring supplies
- 3Pull and stage materials for installation crews and deliveries
- 4Maintain accurate inventory through daily counts and proper documentation
- 5Keep warehouse clean and organized following safety procedures
- 6Assist with shipments including packaging labeling and documentation
- 7Communicate clearly with installation teams drivers and office staff
Requirements8
- 1Hi-Lo Certification (Required)
- 2Minimum 2 years warehouse experience preferably in construction or flooring materials
- 3Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely
- 4Basic computer and inventory tracking skills
- 5Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- 6Dependent punctual reliable worker
- 7Valid driver’s license required
- 8Pass background check before employment
