Overview
You will own stock delivery and warehouse organization at Coastal Credit Union Music Park, ensuring every concessions stand and portable is fully stocked for events. You report directly to a Warehouse Supervisor and handle receiving, storing, and distributing food and beverage products. This role requires rotating assignments and physical stamina, with shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays. You keep the warehouse and dock areas clean and inspect stands for deficiencies, making this a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving live events environment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver food, beverage, and other products to concessions stands, portables, and commissaries following the Warehouse Manager's assignments.
- 2Receive and store Center deliveries, verifying counts and checking for damage.
- 3Restock stands with food and beverage products before and during events.
- 4Inspect stands for deficiencies and take corrective action, such as replacing expired stock or reporting equipment issues.
- 5Move equipment as required for stadium events, including tables, grills, and signage.
- 6Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and dock area by sweeping, mopping, and organizing pallets.
- 7Rotate assignments to cover different stands and positions as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Requirements5
- 1High school degree or equivalent.
- 2Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (boxes) on a regular basis.
- 3Ability to follow written and oral directions in English.
- 4Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 5Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and cooperation.
