Warehouse Associate, Forklift & Pallet Jack Operations
Overview
You will own inbound and outbound warehouse operations at UNIQUE WOOD PRODUCTS in Houston, Texas, handling receiving, order pulling, and inventory organization across daily shifts. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move product safely and efficiently. What You'll Do6
- 1Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- 2Pull stock with forklifts to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping.
- 3Inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or errors and document findings.
- 4Ensure order accuracy to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- 5Stow and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- 6Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2Previous warehouse experience preferred, including order pulling and shipping.
- 3Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck safely.
- 4Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- 5Ability to work with limited supervision and follow verbal instructions.
- 6Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Salary Insight
