Warehouse Associate, Food Storage & Logistics (Phoenix)
Overview
Own inbound and outbound warehouse operations at scale in a first shift role. Lead temperature monitoring, inventory reconciliation, and food safety processes across a Phoenix warehouse. Work with Pallet Jack and Forklift equipment to move products and maintain accurate stock in SAP. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and collaboration with a bilingual team to support presale and resale routes.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and process product orders for presale and onboard routes, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- 2Organize and rotate product within cooler and freezer spaces to prevent spoilage and ensure first-in-first-out flow.
- 3Receive inbound loads, unload, and store product while reporting overages, shortages, or damages to leadership.
- 4Assist in shipping outbound loads and document returns or disposal of outdated product.
- 5Monitor and report warehouse temperatures and coordinate with management on repair or maintenance needs for equipment and storage areas.
- 6Report quality complaints and ensure products are blocked in SAP and physically held in the warehouse.
- 7Support weekly reconciliation of bad conditions and upload documentation to the shared folder.
- 8Assist with inventory reconciliation and maintain documentation across systems and folders.
- 9Perform equipment inspections and follow up on maintenance requirements for material handling equipment.
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 2One year of warehouse experience.
- 3Pallet Jack and Forklift certification.
- 4Experience with materials handling equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
- 5Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing & speaking) is preferred.
