What You'll Do8
- 1Provide day-to-day operations and logistics support for wafer fab startup facility
- 2Work closely with maintenance manufacturing engineers and provide daily updates on workstations setup tools qual lots
- 3Multitask and set priorities with minimal guidance
- 4Communicate effectively both written and verbal across all levels
- 5Utilize computer skills including Excel PowerPoint database and MES systems
- 6Apply analytical skills to understand complexity of tools processes and people
- 7Manage capacity constraints and bottleneck identification
- 8Support dual site operations flexibly
Requirements5
- 1Flexible to work and provide support at two manufacturing sites
- 25+ years in manufacturing management industrial engineering or equivalent with management career goals
- 3Project management experience
- 4Education required: 4-year degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering Management or related field
- 5Minimum knowledge of SPC and complexity of tools processes and people
