What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure active intern and volunteer program management aligned with staff needs
- 2Coordinate three recruitment cycles across fall spring and summer periods
- 3Oversee onboarding exit processes including background checks and account setup
- 4Develop family mentor program profiles and match mentors with clients
- 5Conduct outreach and organize information sessions for volunteers and interns
- 6Maintain volunteer databases and manage timesheets monthly
- 7Solicit public speaking engagements about IRC initiatives
- 8Organize community events and recognition activities for volunteers
- 9Assist with donor outreach and manage external communications platforms
- 10Supervise community engagement interns and coordinate volunteer lifecycle resources
- 11Participate in professional standards training and safeguarding protocols
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree from accredited institution preferred
- 2Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 4Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5Ability to work in multicultural environments
- 6Self-directed with multitasking capabilities
- 7Fluent English language skills
- 8Valid driver's license with insurance
- 9Experience with volunteer management systems
