Visual Communications Project Manager
Overview
Insomniac seeks a Visual Communications Project Manager to lead visual asset creation and support. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager and involves managing production meetings, stakeholder communication, and document distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project timelines and budgets while operating in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage production meetings to gather requirements and provide operational input
- 2Act as primary contact for production stakeholders during sourcing and procurement
- 3Document and distribute live digital and event standard operating procedures
- 4Provide development updates to warehouse leads and personnel
- 5Partner with experience team to coordinate equipment and travel logistics
- 6Ensure safe operation of utility vehicles per company SOPs
- 7Conduct daily area rounds to maintain responsibility
- 8Recruit and onboard team members directly and through partnering teams
- 9Travel required in economy class to event locations
- 10Maintain detailed digital records and database systems
- 11Facilitate safe and compliant workplace conditions
Requirements11
- 1Degree or trade school accreditation in Graphic Design Event Management or Project Management
- 2Related field experience equivalent to education
- 33+ years festival and concert tour experience
- 4Valid driver's license and passport
- 5Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design principles
- 6Strong communication and organizational abilities
- 7Ability to work in open-concept offices and endure loud noise
- 8Experience with Mac/PC systems and cloud storage platforms
- 9Familiarity with Google Workspace and media cloud solutions
- 10Capacity to handle multiple projects with limited information
- 11Professional demeanor suitable for high-pressure settings
