Overview
You will prepare festival signage and event materials for Insomniac's large-scale events. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and physical tasks in a warehouse. You will organize inventory, audit items, and pack show kits to ensure materials are ready for delivery. This position is not remote and requires frequent travel.
What You'll Do7
- 1Organize warehouse inventory by project manager deadlines.
- 2Audit and photograph inventory items to ensure accuracy.
- 3Check tools and equipment for repairs and report issues to the Project Manager.
- 4Identify supply needs and recommend replenishment.
- 5Review pull sheets and prepare items with quality checks, repairs, and labeling.
- 6Load materials into outgoing vehicles following freight and logistics schedules.
- 7Multitask and act proactively in a high volume and fast paced setting.
Requirements8
- 11+ years warehouse operation and inventory experience.
- 2Proficiency in Google Suite.
- 3Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- 4Advanced with operating power tools.
- 5Ability to multitask and solve problems actively.
- 6Excellent communication skills.
- 7OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
- 8College degree preferred.
