What You'll Do9
- 1Serve on the VIP Host team maintaining constant communication with staff and clients to ensure personalized service
- 2Explain the VIP seating program to potential clients to enhance their experience
- 3Troubleshoot program issues and escalate to management when necessary
- 4Manage nightlife social media pages and serve as information resource for VIP clients
- 5Oversee reservation spreadsheets and recognize season seat holders Live Nation executives and VIP clients
- 6Observe VIP seating areas conducting table touches once per night per box
- 7Maintain articulate vocabulary adapting to diverse audiences while upholding professional grooming standards
- 8Work occasional special events throughout the venue
- 9Lead VIP Host team driving service excellence and operational efficiency
Requirements8
- 1Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations seating procedures guest relations problem solving
- 4Experience selling to high-end VIP clients
- 5Skill in diplomacy handling multiple tasks verbal skills organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
- 6Ability to diffuse volatile situations with tact and diplomacy
- 7Flexible schedule with willingness to stand for extended periods
- 8Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper techniques
