What You'll Do17
- 1Interact with guests naturally and maintain a friendly demeanor
- 2Cultivate regular guests and drive repeat business
- 3Complete a pour test before each shift and deliver accurate drinks
- 4Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests
- 5Promptly fulfill food and beverage orders while prioritizing tasks
- 6Organize and manage drink orders efficiently
- 7Prepare beverages following standard recipes and venue specifications
- 8Log equipment failures and report safety hazards immediately
- 9Identify intoxicated guests and refuse further service courteously
- 10Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinances and company policies
- 11Request proper identification for guests appearing under 30
- 12Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards
- 13Perform opening, running, and closing duties as per policy
- 14Prepare guest checks and process payments accurately
- 15Conduct cash pulls and check-out procedures
- 16Perform Comp and spill checks regularly
- 17Occasionally support special events throughout the venue
