What You'll Do11
- 1Interact with guests naturally and maintain a friendly demeanor
- 2Cultivate regular guests and drive repeat business
- 3Conduct thorough pour tests before each shift
- 4Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests
- 5Deliver food items and manage beverage orders promptly
- 6Prioritize and organize drink orders efficiently
- 7Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications
- 8Record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log
- 9Identify intoxicated guests and refuse service courteously
- 10Ensure responsible alcohol service following local ordinances
- 11Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards

- 1Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification
- 2Ability to work late hours
- 3Flexible schedule availability
- 4Experience lifting up to 25 lbs safely
- 5Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 6Physical stamina for prolonged standing
