The Vice President of Operations leads operational capabilities across multi-state facilities ensuring compliance and profitability while reducing inventory and expenses. This role directs six Regional VPs fostering manufacturing excellence and serves each branch supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will lead strategic planning drive productivity and empower employees to pursue continuous improvement. What You'll Do8
- 1Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability productivity and efficiency throughout the Company
- 2Lead Regional Vice Presidents ensuring facility growth and profitability safety and compliance
- 3Foster a strong culture that empowers employees to participate in continuous improvement projects
- 4Assure timely and accurate production financial and personnel reporting monitoring KPIs and branch assessment process
- 5Work collaboratively with Senior VP of Sales in establishing annual budget and goal development processes
- 6Attend Executive Leadership meetings assisting with strategic and tactical objectives
- 7Recruit evaluate and hire leaders with skills to propel the organization forward
- 8Travel extensively and more than 25%
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Business or engineering preferred or equivalent in relevant experience
- 2Minimum of 10 years managing operations including P&L ownership
- 3Multi-site responsibility and P&L ownership preferred
- 4Excellent negotiation and verbal written communication skills
- 5Ability to work effectively with and manage a diverse group of people
- 6Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Insight
$205 - $245k per year
