What You'll Do11

  • 1Define and execute a multi‑year global growth strategy to expand services and aftermarket revenue margin and customer lifetime value
  • 2Own the end‑to‑end post‑sales experience commissioning installation support preventive predictive and condition‑based maintenance spare parts repairs upgrades digital connected and subscription‑based services performance optimization and energy efficiency
  • 3Drive service attachment long‑term service agreements and outcome‑based service models
  • 4Champion continuous improvement across field operations tooling diagnostics and talent capability
  • 5Partner with Sales Product Management Marketing Supply Chain and Customer Care to align strategy and execution
  • 6Translate customer uptime sustainability and performance optimization objectives into differentiated service offerings
  • 7Build and lead a global services organization with expertise in data center thermal systems industrial cooling and controls and digital diagnostics
  • 8Develop globally consistent capabilities while enabling regional agility
  • 9Lead a comprehensive global service and aftermarket portfolio including commissioning installation support preventive maintenance and digital services
  • 10Identify new market opportunities driven by data center growth electrification automation and sustainability mandates
  • 11Scale a high‑margin recurring revenue business that supports mission‑critical environments such as data centers and industrial automation

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in engineering business or related field
  • 210+ years of senior leadership experience in global services aftermarket or industrial businesses
  • 3Proven success scaling service or aftermarket P&L within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • 4Strong strategic financial and operational leadership skills
  • 5Salesforce.com experience required
  • 6Experience with connected products predictive maintenance or subscription‑based services preferred
  • 7Willingness to travel globally up to 40%
  • 810+ years of experience with data center or HVAC industry
