What You'll Do11
- 1Lead origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions from pitch through aftermarket support
- 2Design transaction structures pricing strategies and allocation approaches aligned with client objectives
- 3Assess market conditions valuation and investor demand to determine optimal timing and sizing
- 4Develop investor marketing strategies including roadshows targeting frameworks and engagement approaches
- 5Track transaction performance market windows and competitor activity to refine origination tactics
- 6Resolve complex structuring regulatory and execution challenges throughout transaction lifecycle
- 7Ensure full compliance with SEC FINRA and cross-border regulations implementing robust risk management
- 8Advise corporate clients on capital structure equity issuance alternatives and market timing
- 9Apply advanced valuation techniques to complex transaction structures across long-only hedge fund and retail channels
- 10Manage transaction risk considering market execution and reputational factors
- 11Collaborate with business functions to support strategic business objectives
Requirements11
- 13-5 years equity capital markets origination and execution experience
- 2Bachelor's degree required MBA CFA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- 3FinRA Securities Industry Essentials SIE examination Series 63 and 79
- 4Proven leadership demonstrating communication analytical decision-making and strategic thinking
- 5Track record of identifying multiple success paths using critical thinking and business acumen
- 6Ability to operate flexibly decisively and foster inclusive workplace culture
- 7Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 8Experience managing multi-year projects with measurable outcomes within 90 days
