Securitized Products Associate VP MUFG
Overview
Lead origin and execution of warehouse and term ABS transactions across multiple asset classes. Own pitch book development and stakeholder coordination. Drive asset origination and manage cross‑functional relationships. Shape transaction strategy and deliver results at scale.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support deal team in analyzing and executing warehouse and term ABS transactions
- 2Develop pitch book materials to fuel transaction pipeline
- 3Coordinate internal processes for warehouse financing and stakeholder management
- 4Analyze portfolio data and cash flows to drive investment decisions
- 5Oversee analysts and associates in pitch preparation and transaction execution
- 6Partner with credit risk syndicate and trading teams to finalize deals
- 7Engage with external counsel accountants and rating agencies to close transactions
- 8Participate in special projects and client relationship initiatives
- 9Drive asset class expansion through innovative financing solutions
- 10Maintain high accuracy in documentation and reporting
- 11Foster collaborative environment within the securitization group
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2Minimum 5 years ABS work experience
- 3Prior ABS banking experience required
- 4Expert understanding of ABS transaction structures
- 5Strong decision‑making and judgment abilities
- 6Proven track record of delivering complex transactions
- 7Ability to learn new asset classes rapidly
- 8Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 9Results driven with accountability
- 10Creative problem solving mindset
- 11Experience with Microsoft Office suite
