What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and maintain sterile surgical environments using Cornerstone and White Board protocols
  • 2Design and execute anesthesia monitoring plans for complex cases
  • 3Lead teams during emergency surgical situations with 24x7 on-call readiness
  • 4Perform advanced imaging using radiography and ultrasound techniques
  • 5Deliver compassionate patient care while adhering to aseptic standards
  • 6Collaborate with CVT professionals to ensure medication accuracy and dosage precision
  • 7Travel between Phoenix metro locations to support specialty surgical needs
  • 8Train staff on pain management protocols and medical abbreviations
  • 9Maintain detailed records in electronic health systems

Requirements8

  • 15+ years experience with surgical instruments and Anesthesia monitoring
  • 2Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills for client interactions
  • 3Proven ability to handle on-call shifts with weekend availability
  • 4Basic Medical Terminology proficiency and knowledge of surgical terminology
  • 5Physical Strength to lift 50 pounds and endure long shifts
  • 6Certification as CVT preferred but not required
  • 7Experience with Computer Systems including Cornerstone platform
  • 8Ability to work in high-stress environments with diverse animal species
