What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain sterile surgical environments using Cornerstone and White Board protocols
- 2Design and execute anesthesia monitoring plans for complex cases
- 3Lead teams during emergency surgical situations with 24x7 on-call readiness
- 4Perform advanced imaging using radiography and ultrasound techniques
- 5Deliver compassionate patient care while adhering to aseptic standards
- 6Collaborate with CVT professionals to ensure medication accuracy and dosage precision
- 7Travel between Phoenix metro locations to support specialty surgical needs
- 8Train staff on pain management protocols and medical abbreviations
- 9Maintain detailed records in electronic health systems
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience with surgical instruments and Anesthesia monitoring
- 2Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills for client interactions
- 3Proven ability to handle on-call shifts with weekend availability
- 4Basic Medical Terminology proficiency and knowledge of surgical terminology
- 5Physical Strength to lift 50 pounds and endure long shifts
- 6Certification as CVT preferred but not required
- 7Experience with Computer Systems including Cornerstone platform
- 8Ability to work in high-stress environments with diverse animal species
