Veterinary Receptionist, Mobile Clinic Office
Overview
Own the client experience at a mobile in-home veterinary practice on a part-time, on-site schedule. You will be the primary contact for clients and handle front desk tasks in a quiet, independent environment. This role requires strong organization, calm communication, and comfort using veterinary practice software. The position sits at our central Phoenix office site and supports the field team across visits.
What You'll Do5
- 1Answer incoming calls and voicemails and promptly return client messages
- 2Manage new client intake and educate owners on how our mobile services work
- 3Process client invoices and securely take payments over the phone
- 4Update and maintain patient EMRs
- 5Act as the communication bridge between clients and the mobile vet team
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 2 years experience at the front desk in a veterinary clinic
- 2Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- 3Comfort learning and using veterinary practice management software
- 4Exceptional communication and highly organized with a warm, empathetic phone presence
- 5Microsoft Office suite proficiency (outlook, teams, etc.)
