Vehicle Delivery Driver, Carvana Bronx NY & Customer Experience
Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Drive and deliver vehicles to customers on time while maintaining a clean driving record
- 2Load and unload cars onto the hauler and perform regular inspections for safety and compliance
- 3Complete customer paperwork and maintain accurate notes in the tracking system
- 4Maintain safe operations of the car-hauler and ensure vehicle condition meets Carvana standards
- 5Advise customers and demonstrate the delivery process to ensure satisfaction and trust
- 6Adhere to CMV Driver Qualification policy and safety protocols
- 7Obtain and maintain required licenses and notary or DMV related credentials within specified timeframes
- 8Support high quality customer interactions and represent Carvana values on every delivery
- 9Collaborate with team to meet delivery targets and participate in ongoing training
- 10Maintain physical readiness for demanding tasks and long shifts
Requirements10
- 1At least 2 years of customer facing experience
- 2Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as loading unloading vehicles and detailing
- 3Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver license
- 4Ability to read write speak and understand English
- 5Notary public not required at start but must obtain within 90 days where sponsored by Carvana
- 6In states requiring additional licenses obtain Chauffeur license or state specialty license within two weeks in Illinois Michigan Louisiana Missouri
- 7California employees must obtain Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days
- 8Nevada Tennessee and Virginia employees must apply for Salesperson license within two weeks
- 9Ability to pass a drug test and obtain DOT Medical Card
- 10Must be able to work a 7 day week rotating days and flexible shift schedule
