Customer Advocate - Carvana Hauler Operations & Onsite Support
Overview
Customer Advocate owns front line support and vehicle delivery operations at Carvana scale 7 days a week. You will drive vehicles to customers’ doors with training, maintain safety and paperwork accuracy, and support local community engagement. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on delivering happiness and reimagining the car buying experience. This role blends physical tasks with customer service to create a seamless delivery experience.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build relationships with customers by delivering vehicles to their homes and providing clear documentation of the transfer
- 2Ship and unload vehicles onto haulers, performing safety checks and maintaining the car-hauler to ensure safe driving
- 3Own customer paperwork and notes in the tracking system to ensure accurate records and feedback loop
- 4Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana CMV Driver Qualification policy
- 5Lead by example in safety, attendance, and professional communication during on-site, on-road, and community engagement activities
Requirements10
- 12+ years of customer-facing experience
- 2Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles
- 3Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- 4Must be able to obtain a Notary within 90 days of employment
- 5Must be able to satisfy state requirements for DMV/title and registration systems
- 621+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- 7Willingness to work a 7-day schedule with rotating days off
- 8Ability to pass drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card
- 9Tolerance for indoor and outdoor working conditions and weather variability
- 10Ability to lift up to 50lbs
