What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct accurate vehicle assessments documenting cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis
- 2Ensure precise optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates
- 3Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support auction preparation
- 4Complete vehicle secures and confirmations verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies
- 5Assist with inventory management customer transfers and lot merchandising
- 6Collaborate with team members and support onboarding new associates
- 7Follow CarMax Environmental Health and Safety requirements maintaining clean work areas
- 8Drive operational excellence through multi-tasking in fast-paced settings
- 9Maintain professional appearance meeting CarMax policy standards
