- 5Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders for complex situations
- 6Train and mentor team members on radio communications and clinical restraints
- 7Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness for traffic control and crowd management
- 8Document incidents accurately and liaise with legal teams
- 9Assess dangerous situations and apply appropriate use-of-force techniques
- 10Provide security awareness education to staff members
- 11Perform background investigations and pass drug screenings
Requirements12
- 1Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO)
- 2Unarmed Guard License from NC Protective Services
- 3Stop the Bleed Certification
- 4Valid driver’s license
- 5Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) Card
- 6Certified in Conducted Energy Weapon use
- 7High school graduate or GED
- 81 year of security or public safety experience
- 9Emotional intelligence and compassionate communication skills
- 10Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- 11Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 12Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and operate equipment
