What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate
- 2Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols
- 3Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and facility-related inquiries, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel
- 5Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures
