Overview
You will own daily security operations for a commercial facility in Charlotte, NC, enforcing protocols and responding to incidents with unarmed security methods. Your patrols and monitoring will protect employees, customers, and assets across a 5-day weekday schedule. You will work with a small team, reporting to the site supervisor. What You'll Do6
- 1Patrol designated areas on foot and by vehicle to deter unauthorized access and prevent incidents.
- 2Monitor surveillance cameras and other equipment to spot threats and act immediately.
- 3Enforce access control, visitor management, and property protection protocols.
- 4Respond to alarms, medical emergencies, fires, and disturbances with appropriate action.
- 5Document all security activities and incidents in written reports with accuracy.
- 6Coordinate with local law enforcement to report incidents and assist investigations.
Requirements6
- 1Current and valid NC security license
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Previous experience in security preferred
- 4Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- 6Ability to stand, walk, and move objects as needed
