Armed Field Supervisor, Security Operations
Overview
You will own shift performance and officer compliance across multiple post assignments in Charlotte, NC. You direct 1-15 Security Officers and shift supervisors, enforce post orders, and respond to client needs. You conduct patrols, inspections, and on-the-job training. What You'll Do7
- 1Patrol assigned posts on foot or by vehicle, inspecting doors, windows, and gates for security breaches.
- 2Conduct inspections of posts and officers to ensure compliance with Post Orders and Walden Security procedures.
- 3Record daily events on Officers Daily Reports (ODR) and register at watch stations for inspection timing.
- 4Warn violators of rule infractions and expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
- 5Respond to urgent client requests and notify authorities of emergencies or post order violations.
- 6Assist in on-the-job training for newly assigned Security Officers.
- 7Supervise and direct 1-15 Security Officers and shift supervisors, providing input on operations.
Requirements4
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 225 years of age or older
- 3Pass criminal background check, motor vehicle registration check, and drug test
- 43+ years of supervisor security officer experience
