Security Shift Supervisor, Unarmed
Overview
You will supervise security officers on a designated shift at an assigned customer site, ensuring quality service delivery and acting as a liaison between site supervisors and account managers. With 5+ years of security experience, you'll coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved guidelines. You'll handle both common and crisis situations while maintaining exceptional customer service. What You'll Do8
- 1Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on an assigned shift.
- 2Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
- 3Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
- 4Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
- 5Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- 6Handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- 7Utilize wireless technology for reporting and communication at client sites.
- 8Drive company vehicle when required, maintaining a clean driving record.
Requirements9
- 15+ years of security experience (C113).
- 2Supervisory experience (C136).
- 3Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and clean driving record.
- 4At least 18 years of age.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
- 6Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- 7Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology.
- 8Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
- 9Successful completion of background investigation and drug/alcohol test.
