Security Flex Officer, Mobile Patrol & Surveillance
Overview
You will safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more, patrolling assigned areas on foot or by vehicle. What You'll Do6
- 1Patrol designated areas on foot or in a vehicle, watching for irregular conditions or safety hazards.
- 2Sound alarms or call police or fire department for fire or unauthorized persons; warn violators of rule infractions like loitering or smoking.
- 3Permit authorized persons to enter property, monitor entrances and exits, and observe departing personnel to prevent theft.
- 4Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, maintaining written logs per post requirements.
- 5Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously; make emergency notifications pursuant to site Post Orders.
- 6Operate radio or telephone equipment and console monitors to coordinate security responses.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- 2Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
- 3Be at least 18 years of age, or 21 years if armed as required by state.
- 4No prior experience required; we provide training.
- 5Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
- 6Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
- 7Effective oral and written communication skills; able to write informatively, clearly, and accurately.
- 8Active listening and problem-solving skills; assess and evaluate situations effectively.
