What You'll Do11
- 1Guide patients through their dental/orthodontic journey by clearly presenting treatment options benefits and value in a confident consultative manner
- 2Drive case acceptance by effectively communicating treatment importance and helping patients feel comfortable moving forward
- 3Lead financial conversations presenting payment options and helping patients select plans that fit their needs
- 4Build strong relationships with patients from the first interaction creating a welcoming and trust-based experience
- 5Manage patient scheduling to maximize productivity and support practice growth
- 6Respond to calls texts and emails focusing on converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
- 7Verify insurance and simplify coverage details for patients removing barriers to starting treatment
- 8Maintain accurate patient records and track case progress from consultation to start
- 9Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and consistent patient experience
- 10Support internal and external marketing efforts including follow-ups referrals and patient engagement initiatives
- 11Coordinate with sales customer service or consultative experience to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in fast-paced environments
