What You'll Do11
- 1Provide client training and support for Treasury Management services post-onboarding including Online Banking and ACH
- 2Respond to Treasury Management client inquiries via phone email and virtual channels in a timely manner
- 3Support implementation of new Treasury Management services with senior staff ensuring policy compliance
- 4Review client documentation and obtain required internal approvals for services
- 5Proactively address client questions by researching issues and escalating complex matters to management
- 6Maintain current knowledge of Treasury Management products and internal procedures
- 7Assist with documentation reporting and data maintenance tasks
- 8Collaborate with internal partners to deliver excellent client outcomes
- 9Support additional responsibilities such as documentation and special projects
- 10Obtain necessary approvals and access as directed by management
- 11Stay informed of policy updates and assist with internal initiatives
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with 2-4+ years of experience in Commercial Banking Treasury Management
- 2Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 4Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client requests
- 5Ability to pass background checks including marijuana screening
- 6Experience with financial institutions and client-facing roles
