Overview
We seek a proactive Treasury Sales Associate to support Treasury Sales Officers managing global NRG clients. You will drive portfolio growth and deliver solutions across liquidity payments and FX. This role shapes client relationships and operational excellence.
What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with TSOs to develop portfolio growth strategies expanding product penetration
- 2Execute sales process including proposal generation pricing analysis and pipeline management
- 3Strengthen client relationships through consistent delivery and early engagement
- 4Collaborate with product specialists to design customized cash management solutions
- 5Work cross-functionally with regional TSOs and internal partners for seamless delivery
- 6Develop treasury expertise in global cash management operations
- 7Analyze client issues and create solutions to build strong relationships
- 8Demonstrate fast-paced environment adaptability and independent ownership
- 9Utilize Microsoft Office for strong communication and documentation
- 10Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities across client base
- 11Maintain accurate records and deliver on all key performance indicators
Requirements10
- 1Minimum two years treasury management or corporate banking experience
- 2Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent
- 3Strong analytical skills with proven problem solving abilities
- 4Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities
- 5Experience in fast-paced financial services environments
- 6Ability to thrive in matrixed organizational structures
- 7Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8Proven track record of career growth and development
