Treasury Management Support Specialist
Overview
Support implementation and ongoing servicing of Treasury Management products while ensuring accurate and timely service setup. Responds to client inquiries and manages deposits. Handles new client setups and adds new products. Serves as risk manager for client businesses.
What You'll Do11
- 1Responds to service inquiries and customer service issues from Treasury Management clients
- 2Handles new client setups existing clients adding new products and service inquiries and research
- 3Responds in a timely manner to emails and calls and needs for troubleshooting issues impacting clients
- 4Implements new Treasury Management services and new deposit accounts
- 5Resolves inquiries promptly and follows up with the client to ensure quality resolution
- 6Unlocks USERS and follows caller authentication process for client and company protection
- 7Escalates ongoing issues to Level 2 Support
- 8Uses tracking system for all inquiries and monitors queues to meet Service Level Agreements
- 9Handles maintenance requests for Treasury Management services and deposit products
- 10Maintains Treasury Management client files
- 11Performs other related duties and projects as assigned
Requirements11
- 1High School or GED
- 2Minimum 1 years of job related experience in treasury management
- 3Skills Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position: Detail-oriented
- 4Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- 5Excellent customer service skills
- 6Ability to use general office equipment
- 7Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- 8MS Word Basic Level
- 9MS Excel Intermediate Level
- 10MS PowerPoint Basic Level
- 11Associates preferred
