Operations & Product Support Officer – Treasury Management
Overview
Senior TM Operations & Product Support Officer leading client and branch support in an E-Banking and Treasury Management environment. Sustain client retention through high quality customer service and technical assistance. Primary focus on E Banking & RDC report generation and daily audit review. Duties include providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, operational maintenance, and training on systems like online banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture, and positive pay. Collaborate with Senior Treasury Management to ensure clean audits and manage service requests within SLA. Perform system maintenance, callbacks, and report reviews. Participate in department projects involving test scripts and data validation. Execute all other duties as assigned.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide technical assistance to new and existing E-Banking & TM clients
- 2Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high customer service standards
- 3Perform operational duties and system/maintenance for all TM products
- 4Train new and existing clients on online banking bill pay remote deposit capture and positive pay
- 5Work with Senior Treasury Management to ensure clean audits of E-Banking Remote Deposit Capture and TM products
- 6Manage service request system to meet departmental SLAs
- 7Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness
- 8Perform system maintenance and callbacks for quality assurance
- 9Conduct report reviews for system auditing purposes
- 10Resolve problems and escalate issues to optimize customer experience
- 11Participate in department projects using test scripts and data validation under supervision
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with college coursework desired
- 2Minimum 2 years Treasury Management Operations and Product Support experience
- 3Minimum 5 years customer service experience
- 4Proficiency in Spanish preferred
- 5Strong organizational and time management skills
- 6Intermediate knowledge of treasury management products and services
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- 9Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- 10Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
